Evolution has been designed with new and young businesses in mind and offers a range of accommodation to suit differing needs and budgets. There are 29 office suites to let, arranged around an attractive central atrium. Suite sizes range from 25 sq m (269 sq ft) to 75 sq m (807 sq ft).

As a professional Business Centre, Evolution provides tenants with a great front of house team to welcome visitors and make the right impression.

But providing you with first class office space is just part of the deal - as part of the Evolution package you will also be able to access a range of business support services from the on-site business advisor.

Conference & Meeting Rooms


Evolution has excellent conference and meeting room facilities, fully furnished and fitted with extensive audio visual equipment.

These are available for use by tenants and external clients and hire details and booking information can be obtained from the Centre Manager.

The ground floor Conference Room can seat up to 60 and can be set up in boardroom or theatre style to suit your requirements. The two Meeting Rooms are smaller, seating up to 30, but similarly well equipped. Catering can also be arranged to suit a variety of budgets.

Not everyone needs an office all of the time. In today's busy world, people are always on the move and Evolution can offer virtual office services for mobile workers and businesses.

We can give you a prestigious business address, access to meeting and presentation rooms and the ability to hire a desk for one hour or up to 3 months.
