Evolution has 29 office suites to let, ranging in size from 25 sq m (269 sq ft) to 75 sq m (807 sq ft) and arranged around an attractive central atrium. Lease information

Evolution tenancies are flexible with easy in/easy out terms. Standard agreements are for 3 years with tenants able to serve 3 months notice at any time. The annual rent covers:

  • rental of the office space

  • access to on-site business support services

  • secure broadband connection (10MB leased line)

  • telephone and data points

  • heating, lighting and water

  • maintenance of building and grounds

  • use of the meeting rooms for up to 4 hours per month

  • reception service

  • individually alarmed suites and external CCTV

  • cleaning of common areas

  • buildings insurance

The rental fee excludes Business Rates, telephone call costs, suite cleaning, contents insurance, photocopying/fax services and any optional services as may be offered by the Centre Manager.
